INGREDIENTS
- Grinded Egusi Seeds(melon seeds)
- Assorted meat
- Assorted dry fish (panla)
- Red Palm Oil
- Bitter leaf(as desired)
- Ugu/Spinach leaf
- Pepper
- Salt & Seasoning cubes
PROCEDURES
1. Boil the assorted meat and stock fish, with chopped onions, one seasoning cube and salt to taste.
Cook until tender and set aside for later use.
2. Heat up the palm oil, add diced onions and Grinded egusi. Fry for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens.
3. Add the bitter leaf and a little water or the meat stock.
4. Now add the cooked meat, stock fish and grounded pepper and
seasoning cubes. Boil for some minutes.
5. Add the sliced ugu leaves and leave to simmer.
Your soup is ready.
